Stephen Curry and Draymond Green have spent the entire careers together. Curry was drafted by the Golden State Warriors in 2009 and Green was taken out of Michigan State in 2012.

Curry is more soft-spoken, letting his incredible shooting speak for itself. While Green is a more outspoken and vocal player. Green has often been linked to being the heartbeat of the team, with his drive and competitive nature to win.

While the pair has been a part of the Warriors dynasty that won three championships, there have been a few instances when the roles were reversed with Curry yelling at Green.

In a recent interview, Draymond was asked if Steph had ever yelled at him, stating that it doesn't happen often but it has transpired.

Both Warriors players are highly competitive and while Curry is usually the one hitting long-range three-point shots, there have been instances where he would yell at Draymond to “Shoot the ball.”

The Warriors Incident in Oklahoma

The other moment happened a few years back during a game against the Oklahoma City Thunder in which Green got into a heated exchange with head coach Steve Kerr. During halftime of a nationally televised game, Green was seen verbally exchanging barbs with Kerr saying:

“I am not a robot! I know I can play! You have me messed up right now! If you don't want me to shoot, I won't shoot the rest of the game!”

It sounds like we are getting confirmation that one of the players to step in and help mediate the tension was in fact, Curry.

Despite it being uncharacteristic, it sounds like Curry will be vocal with his teammates when has to. Even if Green was poking fun at Curry, it does sound like the two have reached an agreement on the type of players they are, and over the years have continued to make it work.
