After watching “The Man” lose what could be her final match in the WWE Universe in a cage-contained title match against Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship, one question above all others has been on the top of the wrestling fans' minds: what does Becky Lynch have cooking up next?

Will she sign with AEW? Will she take some time off to spend time with her family? Or will she throw on a mask and go on a run on the indies, dominating the aces of every local fed around the world?

Regardless of what the future holds for the WWE Grand Slam Champion, Bianca Belair wishes her well, noting that “The Man” has played an incredibly important role in shaping her career.

“Yeah, you know, I'm just super supportive of Becky of whatever space she's in right now with what she wants to do. Everyone knows how pivotal Becky was for my career, but not just inside the ring but outside the ring, she's someone that I've always been able to go to and lean on just for advice and just as a friend. I would say that I would call Becky my friend. She's someone who has stood up for me, who has led me, who has taught me,” Bianca Belair told Denise Salcedo of Instinct Culture via Fightful.

“We see everything that Becky has done for this division and for the women's division, being one of the four horse women, being one of the women that has main evented WrestleMania. If you read her book, you saw what her goal was to turn this women's division, and I think that she was a huge part of that. She's so just inspiring and what she's done with her title as a NXT champion and what she did for those women down there, what she's done with Liv Morgan in the ring, what she's done just in general. She's not a legend in the making; she's a legend, and I love it when Becky is here in WWE. I'm just super excited for her with whatever she wants to do right now. I think that she's the goat, I think that she's going to be in the Hall of Fame one day for sure; I don't see that time coming anytime soon. But no, just super excited for her where she's at.”

For better or worse, Lynch really has accomplished pretty much everything there is to do in the WWE Universe, having already headlined WrestleMania, held every belt on the main roster, and won the NXT Championship, too, for good measure. While it would look incredibly unusual to see “The Man” in anything but a WWE ring, if she still wants to progress in a professional wrestling ring, maybe going on an indie run before returning bigger and better than ever could be the key to career longevity… assuming Hollywood has no interest or opportunities worth pursuing.

Lyra Valkyria is proud of her connection to Becky Lynch.

Speaking of current WWE members commenting on Becky Lynch, Lyra Valkyria, the woman who defeated her for the NXT Women's Championship last fall, reflected on working alongside “The Man” in both the PC and on RAW in an interview with TV Insider, noting that it was incredible to work alongside the Irish wrestling legend.

“I only met her a little down the line in my career,” Lyra Valkyria told TV Insider. “It has been so incredible to have that person to look toward who grew up down the road from me. An Irish girl who has come so far is just crazy. To come from a place like Ireland, a lot of people don't have that person they can look up to. So to see what is possible through her and how far one can go is incredible.”

Asked if she received any advice from the “Irish Lass Kicker,” Valkyria noted that she did, and that she will roll with it well into the future.

“She told me to just be myself and have a lot of trust in what I bring, and I think it's so clear she has been herself her entire career,” Valkyria noted. “That is what has taken her so far. I find that incredibly motivating.”

Could the presence of Valkyria make WWE less likely to re-sign Lynch? Maybe yes, maybe no, but hey, in the end, Valkyria is excited to continue the legacy of Irish Superstars in the WWE Universe started by the likes of Lynch and Finn Balor before her, and ultimately, that's all that really matters on her wrestling journey.
