After watching Rhea Ripley seemingly get a bit too close and cozy with Drew McIntyre in the lead-up to Crown Jewel, signifying that the Scottish Warrior may, in fact, be in cahoots with the Judgment Day ahead of his WWE World Heavyweight Championship match, Seth Rollins found himself face-to-face with the “Eradicator” backstage in Monday Night RAW.

But what did Ripley want? Did she want to attack Rollins once more and soften him up for McIntyre at Crown Jewel? Or maybe she wanted to remind Rollins and WWE fans alike that despite landing a match with Cody Rhodes in Saudi Arabia, Damian Priest could still cash in his Money in the Bank contract on the “Visionary” and end his title reign where it began? Either way, Rollins was having none of it, as he told Ripley off on the spot.

“Well, I don't see your crew anywhere, so I know I'm not getting jumped,” Seth Rollins said. “but if you're looking for your boy Drew Mac, I'm sorry to tell ya, I got style and a title, so you're in the wrong place.”

“Look, this won't take long, alright?” Rhea Ripley responded. “I know that the Judgment Day and yourself, there's been a bit of a history there, but it was all built on respect from our end. I mean, we did everything that we could to take that Championship off of you, and you held onto it. But now you're dealing with Drew, and to be quite honest, we're a little bit concerned cause, at the pace that you've been running at, we think that you might need a bit of insurance; you need the Judgment Day.”

Surprised by Ripley's civility, Rollins continued the conversation before trying to shut things down right then and there on the spot.

“You lost faith in your boy, haven't you? You don't think Damian Priest is going to be able to successfully cash this contract in on my title, do ya?” Rollins asked. “Ah, that's why you're out there wheelin' and dealin', you're making deals with The Bloodline, you're flirting with Drew McIntyre, now you're coming for the World Champ, and look, I get it, I understand what the Judgment Day would want with the World Heavyweight Championship but let me ask you, what would I want with you? Yuck.”

Welp, that's that, right? Rollins isn't interested in any part of Ripley's offer, and he's just going to go for it on his own, to win or lose by his own merits? Maybe yes, maybe no, but Ripley did have one final trick up her sleeve that left Rollins in a very interesting spot moving forward.

Rhea Ripley revealed the value of Seth Rollins joining Judgment Day.

Despite his clear disinterest, Rhea Ripley decided to double down in her pursuit of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, letting it be known that, if he wants to become on par with his former The Shield faction mate, Roman Reigns, he might need her help just like how the “Tribal Chief” has his Bloodline.

“You need me 'cause right now, you're just a World Champion, but you could be the World Champion,” Rhea Ripley told Seth Rollins.  “And I know the Judgment Day, we've made our deals with The Bloodline in the past but alliances could change. If you decided to join us, Damian Priest, he could always cash in his championship on someone else. And then we'd all hold gold. But without us, I don't know how you're going to accomplish having a title reign like Roman Reigns. You know, over 1,000 days is a long time, and with the way your back is, how it's so fragile and broken, thhe Judgment Day, we could have your back. We could make people acknowledge you.”

“Let me make this clear,” Rollins announced, “if there's one thing I don't want to be, it's to be anything like Roman Reigns.”

“That's not a no,” Ripley noted. “Think about it.”

Whoa, this just keeps getting more and more interesting. With his back clearly not getting any better and McIntyre a clear upgrade from his last foe, Shinsuke Nakamura, in terms of size and strength, it would make sense that Rollins didn't outright say no, as he may learn over the next week and change that sometime, to stay at the top, you have to compromise your morals. Despite making a verbal truce with McIntyre later in the show that their feud would be 100 percent fair and square, with Judgment Day and The Bloodline excluded from the match, until that is made official, and even if that happens, one side or the other could decide that the match is simply too important to go into without a little added protection watching their back.
