It was officially announced Tuesday that the boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul has finally been rescheduled after initially being tabbed to take place back in February.
With the undefeated boxing legend and YouTube sensation now scheduled to square off on June 6th down in Miami, the oddsmakers out in Las Vegas have wasted absolutely no time in posting the new-look odds for the upcoming bout.
According to several different sportsbooks, Mayweather will open as a -2000 favorite—and rightfully so. On the other hand, Paul will open at +900, which amounts to a 9/1 underdog.

In a mismatch of epic proportions, Floyd Mayweather will enter the boxing spectacle at a perfect 50-0 as a professional. Paul has fought professionally inside the squared circle just once while taking on another YouTube personality in KSI. Paul would go on to lose the bout via split-decision with his second professional fight coming against arguably the best boxer in the history of the sport.
It is worth noting, though, that Mayweather is no longer in his prime. The boxing wizard is now 44 years old while Paul is just 26 years of age. Only time will tell if Mayweather's speed and precision have regressed, though it would be difficult to envision any outcome which doesn't involve him getting his hand raised.
Floyd Mayweather last fought professionally back in 2017 against former UFC two-division world champion Conor McGregor, winning via TKO. He then fought Japanese kickboxer, Tenshin Nasukawa, in 2018, but that was only an exhibition matchup.
