The Chicago White Sox saw their World Series aspirations crash and burn on Tuesday, as they lost to the Houston Astros at home, 10-1. Carlos Rodon picked up the loss for the White Sox, with Astros hitters punishing him right out of the gate. Rodon lasted just 2.2 innings after he got tagged for two runs on three hits, while also allowing three balls.

One troll decided to try adding to Rodon's bad day, but he only got his feelings hurt when the multi-millionaire professional pitcher gave him not one, not two, not three, but four doses of reality that came in the form of savage clap backs (h/t Jomboy Media).

But at least the troll got it right when he said the White Sox southpaw had a fantastic year. Rodon went 13-5 in 24 starts in the regular season and posted a 2.37 ERA and 2.65  FIP. On top of those, he also earned his first All-Star appearance.

Chicago simply ran into a brick all in the American League Division Series, as the Astros' big bats were too much for Chicago's pitching staff. The Astros outscored the White Sox in four games, 31-18.

Now, Chicago will have to decide what to do with Rodon, with the lefty set to become a free agent in the offseason.
