Recent reports have shown that the Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Urban Meyer has had some fallouts with staff, personnel, and players.

It was reported that he got into a heated argument with one of his assistant coaches on the Jaguar staff. He told the players he isn't a loser so they better start waking up soon. He came over to the Jaguars from Ohio State University and simply hasn't been as good of a coach as he was at Ohio State. This isn't necessarily a surprising thing as the college game is much different from the NFL.

At this point with everything going on, it wouldn't be surprising if he was out of the organization in just his one short year. It's not exactly like he is winning ball games for this Jaguars team and if he's getting into arguments and making the clubhouse a bad place, there's no reason for him to be out there. The Jaguars have undoubtedly been the worst team in football all season long as they sit at 2-10 and haven't competed in almost every game that they have played. The offense, defense, and play-calling have all been embarrassing for the Jaguars so far in Urban Meyer's first season.

If Jacksonville wants to turn their organization around any time soon, they might have to make a decision and decide to move on from Meyers if it is in the organization's best interest.
