It's time to put all the retirement rumors swirling around Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay to bed — for now. McVay's fiancée Veronika Khomyn recently posted an image of McVay that includes a caption that definitively addresses the rumors (h/t Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network).

McVay and the Rams are just coming off a Super Bowl win against Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals. It would be a shock if McVay does indeed decide to walk away from coaching football in the NFL, given the advantageous spot he's in. He is only 36 and he's at the helm of a big-market franchise with still plenty of top-tier talent to work with in 2022. McVay didn't help quell the retirement rumors by being vague with his answers to questions about the possibility of him calling it quits. But he doesn't need to do that now, with Khomyn revealing the true story.

McVay was only 30 when he was signed by the Los Angeles Rams to coach the franchise, a decision that was met with plenty of raised eyebrows, considering his youth. Five years later, no one's questioning his hire, as he has just delivered the biggest prize there is in football to Los Angeles.
