As Klay Thompson would attest, a lot of weird things can happen in Asia.

Thompson's fellow Splash Brother, Stephen Curry, was the second Golden State Warriors player to pay a trip to the Far East to promote his latest line of sneakers this offseason.

Curry held a basketball camp in Seoul, where one Korean fan managed to hit a half-court heave and win himself a brand new pair of Under Armour SC30s. The two-time NBA champ was there to present the kicks to the lucky guy, but noticed that something was off:

Yes, this “fan” had the nerve to don full Warriors gear except for his shoes, which were a pair of LeBron James‘ sneakers courtesy of one of Under Armour's biggest competitors. Talk about Golden State bandwagoners, eh?

Of course, Curry would have none of this. He proceeded to take the dude's Nikes off and threw them to the sidelines before slapping on the SC30s and signing them.

It could've been worse for Steph, who's mostly found inner peace rather than ridicule thus far in his Asian adventures. His PR team just has to warn him not to hit up any night clubs, though.
