Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker is the latest NBA All-Star to immortalize the late NBA icon Kobe Bryant with a tribute tattoo.

Following the cue of Los Angeles Lakers players LeBron James and Anthony Davis who got inked up in honor of the Black Mamba, Booker unveiled his Bryant-inspired tattoo on Tuesday.

Like the majority of young players of this generation, the 23-year-old Booker looked up to Bryant growing up. The 6-foot-5 gifted scorer even got a chance to share the same court with Kobe in his rookie year in the 2015-16 season — which just happened to be Bryant's swan song.

Bryant signed the Suns All-Star's Kobe shoes with the phrase “Be Legendary”. Kobe's words certainly left a big impact on Booker, as he had it tattooed on his right forearm.

Now on his fifth season in the league, Devin Booker continues to prove that he indeed has the Mamba gene. In 58 games, Booker is averaging 26.0 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 6.4 assists, while knocking down 48.8 percent of his field goals and 35.9 percent of his triples.

The Suns shooting guard was one of the biggest snubs in last month's All-Star Game, before being fielded in as a replacement for the injured Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers.

The NBA, meanwhile, continues to remember Bryant's impact on the game of basketball, almost three months removed from the tragic helicopter crash that took the lives of Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna, and seven others.

The league gave him a fitting memorial last February 24, while Lakers owner Jeanie Buss once again honored his legacy during the team's All-Access event on Monday.
