Stephen Curry is playing at an MVP level this season, so there's no doubt he deserved those cheers. However, what made it even more amusing was that he's up against Kevin Durant who is also an MVP candidate this season. As everyone knows as well, they are former teammates who parted ways after dominating and wreaking havoc in the league for three years with their insane scoring.

Both the Warriors and Nets are expected to make the playoffs, and after a hot start to the campaign, a meeting in the NBA Finals is not out of the question for them. Besides, they have the best players in the NBA today in Curry and KD.

The MVP cheers for Curry has to be frustrating for the Nets, though. After all, something is definitely wrong when the home fans are overshadowed and overwhelmed by the visitors.
