It's a brand new day for the United States as the nation officially welcomed Joe Biden as the 46th president. A lot of people are vigorously celebrating the historical day, including Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors. On the much-anticipated Inauguration Day, Curry showed off his POTUS-inspired kicks ahead of their game against the San Antonio Spurs.

That's quite the presidential flex, Mr. Curry.

Curry's choice of kicks on Biden's inauguration on Wednesday isn't the only tribute he put out over the past 48 hours. On Tuesday, the two-time NBA MVP also tipped his hat to Vice President Kamala Harris after being sworn in as the country's first ever female VP. The Warriors also awarded Harris with her own Dubs jersey as a proud Oakland native.

The 32-year-old Curry has been a vocal supporter of both Biden and Harris since the campaign season, while also criticizing former US President Donald Trump. With the Democrat tandem pulling off an incredible win in the elections, the Warriors superstar joins the rest of the US in celebrating the huge W.

Curry, who's been averaging 28.2 points, 5.2 rebounds, 6.2 assists, and 1.2 steals, is also hoping to extend their winning ways as they hope to bounce back from last year's dismal campaign and return to the NBA Playoffs. The three-time champion has been quite the leader for the Warriors this season, especially in clutch situations.

Hopefully for the devout Warriors fans, his Star-Spangled Banner-inspired sneakers help Stephen Curry and the squad rack up more victories on and off the floor.
