Will Taylor Swift be attending the Kansas City Chiefs and Jacksonville Jaguars game tonight?

The Chiefs will be flying to Florida to face the Jaguars as they enter week five of the NFL season. Swift is engaged to Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and has attended two games so far this season: the Chiefs' game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sept. 14, and the Baltimore Ravens game on Sept. 28, which were both at home at Arrowhead Stadium.

Why Taylor Swift's attendance might not happen

The likelihood of Swift attending tonight's game (Oct. 6) as the Chiefs face the Jaguars is slim for two reasons. One, being that the last time Swift attended an away game was for the Super Bowl when the Chiefs faced the Eagles in Las Vegas. Other than that game, she did not attend any Chiefs away games during the 2024-2025 NFL season.

Besides not attending an away game at all last season — and none this season so far either — she has a planned appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in promotion for her recently released 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl.

Fallon spoke about how he is “nervous” about the interview during an Oct. 2 episode of Watch What Happens Live!

“I will get a little nervous just 'cause she's global and I've known her for a long time,” he said of her upcoming appearance. “I've known her mom and I know her.”

The last time Swift appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon was in 2022 to promote her 10th studio and Grammy award-winning album Midnights. She has been on a promo run for the album as she appeared on the UK radio show Heart Breakfast and  The Graham Norton Show on the album's release date, Oct. 3. The singer also has an upcoming appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Wednesday, Oct. 8 at 12:35 a.m. She has not been on the show since 2021.
